What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers with questions, complaints and service requests. You ensure a customer friendly and efficient handling of returns, warranties and orders. In addition, you will support in administrative matters and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will also support our customers by phone and email with any inquiries. No two days are the same, and you have a broad and diverse range of duties;

- Identify customer needs and respond appropriately;

- Gathering relevant information to be able to answer the customer question professionally;

- Providing accurate information about our items;

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions, complaints and requests for changes.

 

Who are you?

- You are customer friendly and service oriented;

- You have strong communication skills;

- You are solution-oriented, accurate, and stress-resistant;

- Affinity with construction and do-it-yourself products is a plus;

- You are fluent in both the Dutch and Papiamentu language;

-  A minimum of MBO level 2 or equivalent working and intellectual level, obtained through either education and/or experience in a similar function or industry.

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen, klachten en serviceverzoeken. Je zorgt voor een klantvriendelijke en efficiënte afhandeling van retouren, garanties en bestellingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve zaken en draag je bij aan een positieve winkelervaring voor de klanten. Ook ondersteun je onze klanten ook telefonisch en per e-mail met eventuele vragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je hebt een breed en divers takenpakket;

• Vaststellen van klantbehoeften en hier adequaat op inspelen;
• Verzamelen van relevante informatie om de klantvraag vakkundig te kunnen beantwoorden;
• Het verstrekken van correcte informatie over onze artikelen;
• Aannemen van binnenkomende telefoontjes en te woord staan van klanten met vragen, klachten en wijzigingsverzoeken.

 

Wie ben jij?

• Je bent klantvriendelijk en servicegericht;
• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Je bent oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en stressbesteding;
• Affiniteit met bouw- en doe-het-zelfproducten is een pré;
• Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Papiamentse taal;
• Minimaal MBO niveau 2 werk- en denkniveau aantoonbaar door werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie of branche.
